How we handle your information

What the waitlist collects

When you sign up, we store your first name, email address, the role you select, any topics you choose, and the dates of your signup and consent. We use these details to manage the waitlist and send the Safeguard Senior updates you agreed to receive, including product news, safety guides, workshops, or research opportunities.

Signing up is optional. You can read the guides and campaign without joining. Please submit only your own details or help someone who has agreed to sign up.

Where your information is stored

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure to store waitlist records. Records are not displayed publicly. Access is restricted to authorised site managers and the service providers needed to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Connections use HTTPS, and the database provider encrypts stored records. Hosting providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. Processing may take place outside Canada. No online service can guarantee complete security.

How we protect the signup form

We check submissions on the server and limit repeated attempts. Our waitlist database stores a protected, temporary identifier for this limit rather than the original IP address. Older limit records are cleaned up as later submissions arrive.

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this site. The hosting platform may use cookies for sign-in and security. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

When you email us

We receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. Our contact addresses forward to an inbox monitored by Safeguard Senior, using email service providers to deliver and store the correspondence. We use your message to respond to your enquiry or process your request.

Please do not send financial details, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or medical information.

Leaving the waitlist or asking about your data

Email privacy@safeguardsenior.com to withdraw your consent to updates, request access to your information, correct your details, or request deletion. Where possible, write from the email address used to sign up and tell us what you would like us to do.

Requests are handled manually. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person whose information is involved before sharing or changing a record. Sending another signup form does not change an existing entry.

Waitlist details are retained to manage registrations and the updates you requested. You can ask us to remove your details at any time. Copies in hosting or email-provider backups and operational logs may follow the provider’s own retention processes.
